Nurse Graduation
I made this card for my sister when she finished her RN program. I stole the idea off of another blog and changed/added some of my own ideas. (Crafting the Night Away) The ovals and B were sized and cut with my gypsy/cricut. The stamp was colored in with regular colored pencils. The paper is from a DCWV pack, the glitter one I think. Ribbon was used as the binding for the oval locket and to tie together to keep it shut. The inside: same paper as front but cut at a different angle and the congrats also from using gypsy/cricut. I used a sparkly pen to add some dots on the B and the Congrats.

Puppy Love
This card was made for my cousin who was getting her first puppy, a soft coated wheaten terrier. The main part of the card was a brown textured card stock with a white core that i sanded on the edges to fade. The heart paw print paper is a flat printed paper with no embellishment. The ribbon is a tan ribbon with screen printed paw prints. The ovals were cut using the Cricut & George, once with the paw print paper again and with a green shiny paper that was embossed with the Cuttlebug. "Puppy Love" was assembled using several different fonts on my gypsy; I welded the letters together. The Puppy is from Paper Pups and I inked his edges and lightly filled the inside in with brown ink to give him some dimension. Thanks for looking! Let me know what you think!

Happy Holidays Cards - A little late or a lot early
My Holiday's Card was filled with M&M's inside a sweet treat cup. The reindeer was a two part cut from the Doodlecharms cartridge. The face was cut out of tan felt with google eyes and a fabric painted mouth. The antlers are basic brown cardstock with glitter drawn on with glue pen and loose glitter poured. Ribbon was added at the top of the green jeweled textured cardstock. The inside of the card had a sliding door for the candy to come out without having to tear apart the card. Scraps of the front green cardstock were cut with the Beyond Birthdays cartridge for the inside sentiment.

Im Bananas About You, Monkey Card for Weaa!
This card is for my sister's new baby niece, her initials backwards spell Weaa. My sister loved the monkey so we had to make a card around it.
We made the bananas by cutting the tips off of the crescent moon shape. To get the details on the monkey (because there is not a layer option with him) we cut two out of different shades of brown and hand cut objects out of the lighter colored one.
